Value for money, Quality of work, Communication1- Ben's quote was not the cheapest (or the most expensive), but his willingness to go the extra mile has demonstrated his value.
2-The quality of Landesigns work can be seen, but even my builder acknowledged that the work on the paved paths was excellent.
3- Ben and his team have always communicated well, both in terms of explaining what was happening and what is required to keep moving forward, and day to day being civil on site and, importantly for me, no radios blaring out!
Overall, alongside what I consider good value for money, the team made "living together" for a few weeks as comfortable an experience as possible.

We have used Landesigns on several occasions and are extremely happy with
their work. Their level of craftsmanship is excellent and all the team are
knowledgeable, polite, respectful of your property and very punctual!
Before commencing any works a detailed quotation is offered and all stages of the project are explained with timescales. All work was completed on time and there were no hidden costs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Landesigns.

- Having made the decision to repave our front drive we spoke with Landesigns Ltd who had recently relaid the whole of a neighbours frontage in a very attractive manner. Ben Wiggins visited us and very soon moved in onsite. The old concrete paving soon disappeared. Bens team were young and enthusiastic and worked well in surprisingly hot weather and the job was soon done. We asked them to extend our rear patio and again this was efficiently dealt with.
Having had the benefit of their work throughout the remainder of the summer we feel it is time to record our gratitude to Ben and his team.
