At Landesigns, we deliver a complete design and build service in collaboration with our trusted garden design specialists. From the first enquiry through to the final reveal, we ensure a seamless, well-managed experience. STAGE 1
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with an on-site visit from Ben. During this meeting, we conduct a site analysis, capture photographs, look at access and record key features and conditions.
We also discuss your vision, lifestyle and priorities, while identifying any practical considerations or constraints.
By clearly outlining your needs early on, we can anticipate any potential changes, as well as ensure we provide an accurate and tailored service from the outset.
This careful initial phase ensures the project begins with clarity and purpose.
STAGE 2
Site Survey
To ensure the design is accurate and buildable, we arrange a professional topographical survey. This provides precise site levels, boundary details and existing features, giving us a complete understanding of the landscape.
The survey allows us to avoid surprises during construction and ensures the design is grounded in reality.
STAGE 3
Garden Design
Once the initial consultation and survey are complete, the garden designer will visit you to develop your idea’s ahead of starting the design.
This stage includes concept layouts, material palettes and detailed plans, with opportunities for feedback and refinement.
We will collaborate together to ensure the design aligns with your budget, timeline and build requirements.
STAGE 4
Build
Once the design is approved, we will manage the build phase with meticulous care. From project planning and scheduling to site management and quality control, we ensure the design is executed precisely and beautifully.
We coordinate the whole project, keeping you informed throughout, until the final handover and aftercare guidance.
STAGE 5
Completion & Handover
Once the build is complete, we will review the finished garden with you. During this final walkthrough, we will check that every element matches the agreed design and meets your expectations, as well as highlighting key features within our build that you will enjoy.
If you are happy with everything, we will hand over the completed space to you, ready to enjoy. We can provide guidance on maintenance and care so your garden continues to thrive long after the build is finished, and we will keep in touch to see how the landscape progresses over time.
