This elegant garden has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of calm, space, openness, and understated luxury. Backing onto the delightful River Ver, it needed to make the most of its unique setting while also complementing the new build home.

Down To The River Garden Design
This garden design aims to make the most of the River Ver setting as well as ensuring the newly built home settles seamlessly into the surroundings. To deliver this cohesive design, natural materials have been used throughout, and planting is soft and provides a calm space for the clients.
Large multi-stem trees create a courtyard seating area that connects to a formal pond and paths. Decking wraps the edge of the pond, and a bespoke boulder water feature can be viewed from all angles.
Clay paver paths curve around the clover lawn to the end of the garden. The curved seating area with a firepit and a boardwalk flow through tall planting to a jetty on the river.
Finished Result
This amazing garden design was awarded the BALI National Landscape Award in 2024.
