Gold Medal Winning ‘Feels Like Home’ Container Garden Design
As her entry to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023, Rosemary Coldstream, a garden design expert, has created a stunning ‘Feels Like Home’ container garden. The New Zealand born designer was inspired by her home country’s natural landscape, creating a display of natural elements and wall cladding inspired by the Kiwi culture.
To bring this vision to life, Landesigns were chosen due to our experience and unique skills. We respect all garden designs delivered to us and worked closely with Rosemary to ensure the build is exactly as she envisioned.
We are proud to have built a Container Show Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May 2023. This brought Rosemary’s design for her “Feels Like Home” Garden to life with our landscaping and construction services.
The Build
The build did entail many different elements, including charred timber cladding. This cladding is a vital part of the design and will be transported to the show as pre-made panels.
The detail was finished on site along with a bespoke water feature, pots, paving and a bespoke bench made out of 3000-year-old timber.

Thanks to the incredible design and our innovative landscaping services, this container garden won a Gold Medal for the Best Container Garden, as well as the People’s Choice Award at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2023.
